Pre-order

What is pre-order?

Pre-order is an order that is placed for an item that is not yet manufactured. For more info, click here

How does the pre-order work?
  • Putting items online during a given pre-order period
  • Purchase following the classic purchasing process
  • End of pre-orders and start of manufacturing of items
  • Receipt of orders from the date indicated by the brand during the pre-order campaign

When will I receive the ordered garment?

Orders will be received from the date indicated by the brand over a period of 2 to 3 weeks.

What is the return time?

How to change size?

Returns for exchanges are free for Metropolitan France (subject to availability of the item for exchanges). Contact the brand at hello@amorelia-boutique.com

How to get reimbursed?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to let you know that we have received the returned item. We will also let you know if your refund is approved or denied.
If approved, your refund is then processed and your credit card or original payment method is automatically credited within a few days.

Hipli, the reusable package

I have just received a package, what should I do?

Once you have a Hipli package in your hands, you have two choices:

Either return it free of charge by dropping it in a yellow La Poste mailbox, using its pre-franked envelope.

Either reuse it for your personal shipments, by franking it via the Hipli app (which you will find by scanning the QR code on the package).

It's up to you ! The main thing is that he leaves for a new life 😉

When the packages return to Hipli, they are cleaned and leave to live a new life! ♻️

What is the QR code on the package used for?

By scanning it you will arrive on the Hipli application. You will be able to access all the information necessary to reuse your package. Thanks to this application you will be able to postage your parcel from home, if you wish to use it for your personal shipments. Very practical 😉

What is the environmental impact of returning an empty package?

On return, all packages are folded into letter format and managed like a letter at La Poste in the traditional postal circuit. They are collected at the same time as the daily rounds, which does not generate any additional journeys. They are small and light: the impact of their return is equivalent to 20g of CO2, or 11 times less than the production of a new box. 🌱

Do I need to clean my Hipli package before folding it and sending it back?

You do not need to clean your package. When the packages return to Hipli, they are cleaned before being put back into circulation.
